RushCard is a prepaid debit card product created in 2003 to help lift millions of Americans up and out to a more financially secure and free future. 
Our challenge: Redesign web experience taking into consideration application abandonment and low card activation rate. 
The approach: Optimize the entire digital customer journey with a mobile-first approach so at every touch point to remove friction points for users.

Results: Overall the site was successful in that there was an 130% increase in application completions. The feedback from consumers was that the updates in visuals and messaging were more culturally relevant and spoke to the consumer base.
